Model of the Constitution

We believe this period model of the Constitution may have been built by a sailor or rigger, as her rigging is exemplary in layout.  She was handcrafted  c. 1863-1865.  She was purchased in Massachusetts approximately 70 years ago and has been in private hands ever since.  This model is a fine example in original paint.

Dimensions:                Height:  model - 43"; with her base:  44"

                                    Length on Deck (LOD):  43"

                                    Length Overall (LOA):  60"

                                    Beam:  11"

She needs three small repairs to her rigging (reattachment), which is something we can take care of locally.
